Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance roles within a multinational environment, or 8+ years of overall finance experience, including a first industrial controlling experience.
Solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and working capital management.
In-depth knowledge of Angolan tax legislation (Industrial Tax, IVA, IRT, etc.) and PGC accounting principles aligned with IFRS.
Proven compliance with AGT, BNA, labor laws (including INSS), and related regulatory obligations.
Extensive experience engaging with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and IT/ERP consultants.
Experience collaborating with C-level executives and regional finance teams, with exposure to strategic decision-making and corporate governance in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development, performance management, and talent growth.
High level of autonomy, integrity, and ownership, with the ability to thrive under pressure in multicultural and dynamic environments.
Hands-on experience with P&L management, business partnering, and overseeing external audits.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, cost control, and investment analysis.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements, including standardization and harmonization initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional financial projects and collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of economic and regulatory dynamics in developing markets, with the ability to navigate change effectively.
Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
