Director of New Technology Integration and Proposal Management

1.Proven experience of at least 15 years in engineering and project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and timeline. Project management experience in LNG, Cryo, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Water Technology or similar which includes management experience. with process technology development or in a manufacturing environment

2.Skills typically required through the completion of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, engineering or related discipline.

3.Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

5.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.

6.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

7.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Prince2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are highly desirable.

8.Experience in cryogenic gas processing including natural gas and hydrogen liquefaction, and separation and rejection facilities is a plus.
