Head of Marketing, Sales and Customer Contract Management - Europe

5 years' higher education in marketing, business, management or a similar field, ideally in a technical or industrial environment；

5 to 7 years' experience in marketing, sales and contract management；

Fluency in English, a second language is a plus；

Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)；

Expertise in marketing strategy and sales management；

Excellent leadership and team management skills；

Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust actions；

Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills；

Organizational skills and ability to manage several contracts and marketing campaigns simultaneously；

Excellent oral and written communication skills；

Thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction；

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
