Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities：Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry and long-cycle commercial models.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex strategic accounts.Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site teams in matrixed organizations.Technical foundation enabling credible engagement with engineering and manufacturing teams.Executive presence, sound judgment, and strong negotiation skills.

Experience：10+ years of semiconductor sales, strategic account management, or business development experience.Proven success managing and growing relationships with major semiconductor customers.Experience leading long-cycle, high-value engagements in global environments.Experience introducing new customers or scaling strategic accounts preferred.Background in advanced manufacturing, photomasks, semiconductors, or adjacent technologies preferred.

Education：Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).Advanced technical or business degree preferred.
