Central Planning Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

2. 15+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the chemical, coatings, or manufacturing industry.

3. 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and managers.

4. Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Outsourcing.

5. Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.

6. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
