Manufacturing Engineering Section Manager - Photomask Industry

Qualifications:Education: Recommended: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience:Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor manufacturing or related in a cleanroom environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Proven experience in the photomask or semiconductor industry is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Deep understanding of photomask manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.Proficiency in CAD software, statistical process control (SPC), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).Leadership & Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team-building abilities.Excellent demonstrated use of structured problem-solving skills and capability in managing complex projects.Effective communication skills for cross-departmental and global interactions.
