Qualifications

 (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)：Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, photomask technology, and semiconductor device requirements.Strong leadership capability with experience guiding technical teams in a customer-facing environment.Ability to translate complex semiconductor device requirements into manufacturable photomask solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide complex technical challenges.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders.Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams.Strong presentation, negotiation, and technical documentation skills.Ability to support strategic account development and align Photronics capabilities with customer technology roadmaps.Proficiency working with CRM systems and managing customer engagement data.

Experience：8–12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, photomasks, lithography, process engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales.Prior experience leading or mentoring technical sales or applications teams.Experience supporting semiconductor fabs, IDMs, foundries, or semiconductor equipment manufacturers.Experience supporting global or multinational semiconductor customers preferred.

Education：Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field required.Advanced degree preferred but not required
