1. Ensure CSL team safety and external warehouse safety and compliance.


2. Ensures achievement of CS&L, financial (cost) and operational targets along with timely reporting.


3. Assumes operational and functional responsibility for all customer service and logistics activities with full legal compliance. Fulfillment of given task by company.


4. Establishes and maintain adequate organizational CS&L structure.


5. Overall responsibility for Customer Service and Logistics (in- and outbound)


6. Ensures optimized Supply Chain networks (e.g. professional relationships with 3rd party suppliers, flow of materials unhampered, on time order fulfillment, warehouses management, transport etc).


7. Regular review of distribution network and its optimization potential (transport routes, mode of transport, replenishment frequency, etc)


8. Regular review of Customer order pattern to assess cost improvements


9. Responsible for all forms of inbound and outbound logistics (on time and cost efficient).


10. Interface with external customers, and liaises between Sales segments and Operations Ensures adequate skill levels in the organization through continuous training and education.


11. Lead the CSL team to make an error free month end closing.


Lead monthly S&OP planning activity.



University degree At least 5 years in Customer Service and logistic execution with strong SAP knowledge in SDLE fields.Working xperience in multi-national company or Calcium carbonate industry


Experience on S&OP.


Excellent interpersonal, leadership and networking skills


Problem solving skill, determination to persist through challenges


Good analytical skills.


Good communication skills.Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a major advantage
