Lead Scientist - Photopolymers

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related field (required).

Demonstrated technical curiosity and collaborative approach to scientific inquiry.

Strong experience in polymer formulation, polymerization mechanisms, and structure–property optimization.

Experience with photo‑active systems, photopolymerization kinetics, and UV/laser‑imaging technologies.

Familiarity with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data modeling tools.

Experience in programming environments such as Python, MATLAB, or Visual Basic (preferred).

Demonstrated ability to thrive working in cross‑functional teams and leading technical projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
