镍基复合材料 Nickel matrix Composite/ Nickel base composite material,简称NMC。

镍基复合材料是由镍基合金和其他材料(如碳纤维、陶瓷、硼、钛等)组成的材料,其中,镍基合金是材料的主体,其它材料的添加可以改变材料的物理性质和化学性质。

制备镍基复合材料的方法包括粉末冶金、真空热处理、电化学沉积和激光熔化等。其中,粉末冶金法是最常用的方法之一,其基本流程包括制备合金粉末、制备复合材料的预制体和热处理等步骤。

NMC材料具有高强度、高硬度、良好的耐磨性、耐高热、耐腐蚀性。

镍基复合材料最有前途的应用之一是做燃气涡轮发动机的叶片。用于镍基复合材料的基体有:纯镍、镍洛合金、镍铝合金。还有广泛应用的碳纤维增强镍基材料弹性假肢、涡轮机叶片。

镍基复合材料的增强体主要包括 SiC、碳及硼等的长纤维、短纤维、晶须和颗粒,增强相能够起到弥补基体材料缺陷的作用,比如提高镍基复合材料的耐磨性、蠕变稳定性、高温性能等。碳材料增强镍基复合材料主要包括:碳纤维增强镍基复合材料和碳纳米管增强镍基复合材料,而石墨烯增强镍基复合材料的研究还处于萌芽阶段。
