1. Familiar with the operation and process of enterprise, with strong leadership skills and ability in team management.

2. High energy driver with the sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness and ability to excel under pressure. Strong awareness of QPC.

3. Driven, result-oriented with a can-do attitude, and adaptable to current and changing environment.

4. Demonstrated mastery of Six Sigma (Lean Manufacturing) or similar tools preferred.

5. Sharp with numbers. For example, cost per ton, yield, EBITDA, etc.

6. Excellent in communication, coordination and organization management.

7. Skilled use of English and various office tools.

PS：

1. Engineering/Science bachelor degree or above

2. 15+ years process industry operations experience (with at least 5 years in leadership role of a large scale manufacturing site).

3. Viscose manufacturing experience preferred.
