SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPAL

PhD or master’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or a related field.  

5 ~ 10 years of experience in epoxy adhesive R&D, with a strong background in formula development and application.  

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.  

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation skills.
