JD

1.Identify and evaluation of potential supply sources in the responsible area

2. Collaboration with Operations unit for the verification of quality specification of sourcing materials

3.  Recommendation of substitution of material in consideration of cost & quality  ，Build the TCO model (total cost ownership)， Implementation of RFQ process & category management

4.  Work with Legal team for review and confirmation of the contractual terms of purchasing contract.

5. Build up local supply network to secure sufficient supply to Omya plants.

6.Continuous to seek opportunity of cost savings.

7.Identify and qualify supplier for tolling business，Vendor performance measurement and audit.

8. Work closely with purchasing team to ensure delivery is made according to the agreed contract.

9. Effective communication of market information to stakeholders

10.Implementation of traceable document management system for supplier information and quotations.

Requirement

1.University degree in chemistry or Commercial

At least 5 years working experience in Multi National company in procurement

2.fieldExperience in international business negotiations

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and networking skills

Problem solving skill, determination to persist through challenges

3.Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a major advantage

4.Good analytical skills.Good communication skills.Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a major advantage

SAP knowledge is an advantage
