1、本科以上学历，材料，机电，化工等相关专业等相关专业，来自供应商、客户、产品端任一项3年以上实际岗位经验；
2.熟悉ISO9001,IATF16949，ISO14001等质量管理体系 ；
3.熟练8D，七大手法等品质管理工具 ；
4.熟练掌握锂离子电池基本知识 ，熟悉储能电源的工艺流程，熟悉MES系统，熟悉BMS数据采集基本原理
