General Legal Duties

Draft and review contracts timely and effectively, and proceed relevant procedures in accordance with the company’s policy;

Provide legal advice in daily activity of the company;

Draft any legal documents when it is required;

Support the company’s compliance issues;

Provide legal support in M&A project when required;

Handle the litigation related issues;

Set up and maintain legal archiving record/database, include but not limited GEMS;
