Influential Communicator: Skilled in negotiation and capable of building trust across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Attracts and retains top talent, motivates the team, delegates effectively, celebrates diversity, and brings a continuous improvement mindset.

Generates followership.Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, tax, and business law.

Global Perspective: Experience managing international deals and navigating cultural dimensions, naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others. Strong emotional intelligence.Master’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
