Legal Manager-Vietnam

Admitted as attorney or lawyer;

At least 7 years as lawyer. Should have experience in law firm and as in-house counsel;

Excellent communications skills and proficient in English (written and oral);

Independent at work and is highly motivated;

Excellent interpersonal skills and is resourceful;

Possess commercial acumen;

Logical and analytical skills;

Able to manage external counsel;

Proficiency in Business and Commercial Law, Contract Law, IP Law, Competition Law, Product Liability Law, Litigation;

Working knowledge of litigation (both civil and criminal)
