Senior Field Applications Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

•  Provide field applications engineering and front end support

•  Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements and relate it to companys' products and service capability, provide companys' product solution and its value to meet customers' needs.

•  Execute sales strategy, beat competition and achieve or exceed the design win target.

•  Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan. - new project identification, measure EVB with customer together and provide analysis report against competitors

•  Work with sales team to support/ participate promotion seminars, trade shows and make presentation to customers.

•  Assist customers to solve technical and application problems; refer to other appropriate teams / departments as and when required.

•  Provide training on company technologies and products to customers and distributors.

•  Prospect, qualify and document design-in opportunities and threats.

•  Maintain complete contact/company profile database, action item tracking system.

•  Ensure timely submittal of internal and external activity reports.

•  Plan & report weekly/monthly design-in activities on customer activities and competition.

Job Requirements:

•  BSEE or MSEE with focus on Telecom or Electronics Control Engineering

•  At least 5 years of relevant Field Application Engineering experience in Semiconductor business

•  Possess in depth knowledge of Voice (SLIC, Voice DAA), PoE (DCDC control system) and Timing products

•  Skilled to understand C language

•  Excellent problem shooting in field

•   Impeccable Work Ethic with Positive, Optimistic Attitude.

•  Excellent command of written & spoken English and Mandarin are required.

•  Excellent presentations and negotiation skills
