Performance Improvement Manager -EU

University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications.

At least 5 years’ experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role.

Fluent in English and Polish or Czech - Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Excellent communication and project management skills and the strong desire to work alongside and support our line management with all aspects of Performance Improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations.

Willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
