Manufacturing and Process Engineer

4-year engineering degree (Material Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering  required).Knowledge of Six Sigma/Statistics and LEAN a plus. Experience with Minitab, SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, a plus. Familiarity or interest in powder metallurgy, powder processing, and database creation, is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization, particularly Manufacturing, Planning, Marketing and R&D. Experience in manufacturing/production area a plus.  Occasional travel to customers.Willingness and ability to perform each manufacturing job associated with the assigned department. Ability to perform in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.  Should demonstrate the ability to logically approach and solve problems. Fluency in speaking and writing in English.
