MTBE Senior Process Engineer

RequirementsDegree in Engineering or Physics with minimum 4 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience as a tool owner；

Hands-on experience with Metrology (Film thickness Ellipsometry & KLA WS2), Inspection (KLA Surfscan & Macro Inspection), thickness sorting tool & data analysis tools(JMP & Klarity Defects). In-depth application & recipe creation experience is an added advantage;

 Excellent understanding of operations within the company and skilled in supplier management；

A critical thinker team player who loves challenges, skilled in data analysis , thrive on complex issues, multitasker and possess passion for learning；

Driven in root cause analysis techniques to lead and troubleshoot complex problems   and provide root-cause fixes to improve tool/process improvement in a semiconductor      manufacturing context；

Knowledge of semiconductor Inspection/Metrology equipment and understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, process control and its reaction mechanism；

Good documentation skills with strong attention to details；

Validated strong analytical and data summary skills.
