Plant Manager

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited institution preferred

Five (5) or more years of relevant work history with Plant Management.

Minimum prior experience with gas processing, cryogenics, ASU, LNG and/or refueling systems.

Experience with balance of plant work for a new construction project preferred.

Experience in or working with Renewable Energy (wind, hydro, or solar); or with Liquified Hydrogen/Helium Manufacturing Processes and Electrolyzers preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

Experience in leading and/or coordinating cross-functional teams.

Must be a team player with a customer-oriented mindset.

Must be driven and self-motivated.

Must possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to work quality.

Ability to travel as needed to carry out duties of the position – up to 25%.
