Bachelor’s Degree and master degree preferred in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering (or other similar discipline) with more than 10 years of relevant industrial experience working in or with the Steel industry.

● Experience focused on the Steel industry, predominantly heating and preheating and hot-forming operations.

● Proven record of successfully commercially deploying technologies.

● Good fundamental knowledge of process design, unit operations, mass & energy balances, heat transfer, combustion and reaction engineering is essential.

● Good command of English and excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.

● An independent and results oriented disposition with the demonstrated ability to successfully execute sales, marketing, and implementation projects in an industrial environment.

● Having a proven business acumen.

● Ability to travel domestically in China and sometimes internationally

● Deep knowledge of steel reheating operations

● Furnace engineering experience

● Experience from using furnace operation simulation software
