Business Development Manager

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; equivalent experience may substitute；

5 years of selling experience in a manufacturing or industrial industry；

3+ years of experience with service or consultative sales approach required；

Broad understanding of the manufacturing processes in cutting tools or mold and die forming applications；

Experience working in the tooling or coatings industry preferred；

Previous experience selling PVD coating and surface treatments preferred；

Proficiency working with MS Office (i.e., Excel, Work, and PowerPoint) is required；

Effective verbal /writing skills and strong presentation skills；

Must be energetic, goal-driven, result-oriented, and high-energy to be effective in this role；

Must be willing to travel overnight 50%.
