Superintendent - Steel（北美）

7+ years of experience in civil or structural construction with a focus on steel erection；

Proven experience as a superintendent or foreman on steel-intensive projects；

In-depth knowledge of structural steel systems, drawings, welding, and bolting standards；

Familiarity with AISC standards, steel erection sequencing, and rigging practices；

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications；

Strong leadership and communication skills；

OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)；

NCCER or other steel erection certifications (a plus)；

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite；

Civil infrastructure projects such as bridges, industrial facilities, or heavy civil works；

Coordinating steel with concrete and other trades on complex sites；

Working with union and non-union labor forces.
