Educational Background: A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, ideally with a focus on Accounting and/or Finance.

Leadership & Industry Experience: Demonstrated management experience within an industrial setting, preferably in the process industry.

Financial Expertise: 5-10 years’ experience in financial management and budgeting.

Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency; experience with relevant financial systems is beneficial.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.

International Exposure: Prior experience living or working in Africa is considered an asset.
