1. Good experience on INT&EXT application or technology, above 5 years’ experience in the industry；

2. Familiar with adhesive technologies, such as  PU, acrylic, silicone, epoxy, silicone  ect；

3. Analytical and creative thinking, show initiative, and are enthusiastic about working in an international team and environment；

4. Understand the technology trends in  industry；

5. Chemical/physics background with bachelor and above degrees；

6. Excellent  communication skill and fluent in English (spoken, written).
