Senior Process Technologist (polymer plant)

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering, Science or Technology or related field.

Good technical knowledge of polymerization or petrochemical production activities e.g. unit operation.

Knowledge of Safety and Quality System e.g. HAZOP, EHS, ISO9001, ISO45001, etc.

Knowledge of engineering standard and process calculation such as hydraulic calculation is advantage

Minimum 10 years of experience as process engineer for both normal plant operation and project.

Minimum 7 years of directly related experience in the polymers or petrochemical production activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management related to unit operation or new product development.

Experience in multination company is advantage

Excellent in English communication and presentation.

Computer skills particularly of process simulation packages and must be proficient using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Analytical tools e.g. problem solving process etc.

Skill of reading Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagram (PFDs).

Able to coordinate meeting and Lead Process Safety Topic discussion
