ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1、Act as HR business partner for EC operations, focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development process & Staff relationship

2、Drive recruitment for non-manager positions

3、Handle staffs learning & development process, including local training and global e-training system

4、Drive Performance Review process and provide consultancy based on company guideline.

5、Drive staff management, including probation, labor contract, job transfer, etc

6、In charge of SMC HR communication.

Provide HR services including onboarding, movement, and offboarding to employees.

7、Collaborate with HR Shared Service Center including employee information exchange to ensure smooth employee on/offboarding process.

8、Support EC HR Manager to implement HR projects, process, policies, business strategy into practice.

9、Streamline HR relevant reporting, and provide analysis on KPIs.

10、Understand business structure, and support EC HRM and business managers on organizational change and development.

11、Other tasks from HRM


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1) Bachelor degree and above.

2) Experience on HR process, policies and projects management.

3) Strong ownership and initiative and self-motivated, can work under pressure.

4) Project management skills.

5) Result and solution oriented, independently drive process implementation.

6) Good communication and people skills.
